We hold ~70 licenses for BeTheme and the latest change to forcing beBlocks into the beBuilder has really negatively effected the ability to use the theme. Even after switching the settings to use the block builder within the Front End editor, it is still so buggy and glitchy and incompatible with so many other softwares that if you plan on using BeTheme you can't use industry standard plugins like WordFence, since clicking 'update' will force an endless spin since there is nothing documented for BeBuilder to add to Wordfence's allowlist to prevent this. The front end editor (in block mode) also ignores certain CSS and theme options so the menu looks like a bizarre bullet list, our logo is tiling 4 times in the builder, there are glitchy hover effects and elements snapping to the top of the screen seemingly randomly... editing pages with this editor is borderline unusable. Editing any element is now confined to a little sidebar editor rather than the large, center screen popup that it used to be, which makes editing any column element with multiple icons, dividers etc within it a huge pain. Lastly, you can't simultaneously use things like Yoast or other plugins that exist only on the actual backend, so now you're editing the same page in multiple spots. I really hope there will at least be an option to revert for the people who prefer a backend editor, let alone fix all the bugs with the current iteration.

It's understandable that the theme and the tech within it have to evolve to keep up with the times. That being said, 'moving forward' doesn't really explain away so many of the issues that are present now. As mentioned, we have nearly 70 licensed sites, so I think it's safe to assume that these aren't isolated issues. The main issue is the lack of a backend editor. Live builders/editors are great if you're not a web developer and you're moving elements around etc. As soon as you require your sections to 'do more' they crumble and become buggy. Trying to blend the block builder with some type of live preview doesn't make sense. You have the Live BeBuilder for people who want a visual editor. What's left for the people who want flexibility and control rather than ease of use?

Hi, could you explain, what do you mean? Your feedback doesn't say anything and we are not sure what you're talking about. Do you mean that we should not move forward and leave obsolete code with a slow loading code? Do you think we should bring back such an outdated tool that is severely incompatible with many things that have changed so much over the years? If yes, please explain why you think so. BeBuilder Blocks (previously known as Muffin Builder), since version 27 was released, has became the part of the BeBuilder making it much lighter and faster than ever. The existing code ceased to meet the current technological standards, which in many cases could heavily load server resources and working with it was tiring and often even impossible. For this reason, the old Blocks's code had to be replaced with a new one that meets today's technological standards. Whether we like it or not, technology is moving forward every day and we have no choice but to adapt to it. Of course, backward compatibility has been fully preserved as always so you don't need to worry about losing your current work. The only difference is that from now on, working in the Blocks builder will take place directly in the BeBuilder and not in the page editing natively built into wordpress, thanks to which operations performed on the builder will be faster and the editor itself will be much more stable. We are fully convinced that this solution will significantly improve your work and that using the editor will be much more pleasant. P.S. When going to a page you need to click bebuilder to open to change something, that's a click too many. You could then go back to block instead of live but you don't see your whole page. Copying text directly into live messes up with css and size. You need to copy in the small left menu field Colum is now column text. What are the other surprises? Yes moving forward is good but not if you create more hassle for your customer... So for the ones who wants to buy, if you start from a fresh installation it's still a good theme. Don't hesitate to buy

I understand the need to move with the times and phase out old coding practices from the past, but this update is seriously not just dramatic, but a complete rethink when it comes to the end user. Its buggy AF; for example, tested the Yoga 1 Page theme, and went to change an element of the width of a container. Hit Update and it completely removed the entire container and contents - and we could not get it back again. Next issue was Updating content - now, you press the update button on the left and it shows the page has updated but when you preview the actual page - no changes are made. We turned off any plugins that did not come installed with this theme and it took literally 3 saves to see the changes. The new release is both buggy and complete shift from what customers have been used to for at least 10 years. I am wondering if the Muffin Group Audience tested this update in Beta to get transitional reactions. Already, our clients who have been using this theme for more than 5 years are confused with how to use it. The other thing is, on the Page editor, it asks the user to view the video which shows the Muffin Group Short Video on how to edit - this defeats the "White Lable" purposes from those providers who purchased the Theme to remove any reference. Muffin Group have always welcomed your changes and updates, but the learning curb on this update is drastic, and perhaps could have drip released it, or allowed the option to revert to the Back-end page editor if the client was happy with using that format.

I just bought the be theme. I was building a website for client demo and every time I make any changes and want to view the preview it did not show any change. To view the changes take place I got to sign out from WordPress and then again login. It can be tolerable for a few times but for every minor changes to take effect, it wants re-login. Is it a bug or its just a feature you forget to mention. Quite frustrating it is. You claim it to be the fastest theme and yet it seems so slow. If there is a solution please guide me to it or just refund the full amount. Thank you for your efforts.

Hello, i bought the theme and imported all the demo revolution sliders. But i can use only a single of them, because the are all premium... I installed the revolution slider plugin over the plugins section of the theme. However revolutionslider is not registerd, activated or premium. How can i use the sliders?

Hi, purchase codes (license keys) are not included for plugins which are bundled into theme. It’s because of Themeforest license & agreements. This applies to all themes of course. However, there is no need to use this code because the plugins are fully functional without it. If you want, you can find out more by visiting the the following link https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463 Something like “Free” version of a plugin does not exist. All bundled plugins are included with extended licenses and users can use these plugins within the theme without needing to purchase them separately. This is standard and according to ThemeForest rules. But, if you ask for sliders from prebuilt websites, those comes with prebuilt websites. P.S. OK, but how will this help me to use the imported sliders, that come with your theme? I only see a red bar at the rev slider main page with "PREMIUM" for every slider. If i hover over, is see "REGISTER LICENSE TO UNLOCK". If i choose a slider in the Be Builder under Page options -> Media -> Revolution Slider, it doenst appear. If i choose a self created slider it shows up.

I'm having some trouble with my header. When I'm at the to of the page, my logo is in the middle and all page links are at the top. When I start to scroll down the page, the logo moves to the left and the page links to the right but they are coving the shopping cart. How do I change this? Is there a limit to the number of page links you can have in a header before it goes over the shopping cart icon?

Hi guys, the new Builder rock - thanks! The only plugin I'm having issue with, is "Wordfence Security". When this plugin is activated, the builder crashes with a spinning wheel. I hope the developer is updating soon - and it will fix this issue. ... just to let you and other know that.

After the update to Version 27.0.2 (May 24th, 2023), We are facing a problem with the builder; the editor tool on the left shows blank when we try to edit anything through the whole website. Is it because of the Php version? we are right now on 7.4.
