Hello, I am interested in this software, Just wanted to ask: 1: In Live Chat 3 (non Saas Version) you mentioned: "New Feature: WhatsApp – Click to Chat fully integrated into Live Chat 3" Is this also available for Cloud Chat 3? Cause if i understand this correct in the comments you mentioned there will be no integration for any Messenger because of data privacy. I understand and appreciate you want to build this software to be privacy friendly, but i still would love to see this script with option to integrate Whats App Chat, Telegram Chat, FB Messenger, Google MyBusiness Chat if the user wants to. 2: Are there any external scripts loaded? Like google Fonts or something? Because for GDPR it would be great if there are no external things loaded. 3: I am sorry just to confirm for using the saas version and charge customers for it do i need regular license (79 Dollar) or Extended license (181 Dollar) I know that this is mentioned in the comments but i am still a bit confused about that. We stand for privacy in our software, so we cannot use the services with these companies you have mentioned. 3. There is no external stuff loaded for the end user and no tracking either. 4. You are hosting the software on your server you never give software to your clients and you charge them to use the software on your server. You create different packages with different options, for example 3 operators, 5 live chat conversations and 60 days history. Your customer decide then what package they want to buy.

The website visitor does not need to login he can start a conversation with your clients as a guest. Your clients will need to be logged in or use the business hours and get notified via push notification, email or sms or course. We just tried the demo and it works fine for us.
